Founded by Helen Morris, Motion Theatre Arts brings together a wealth of professional stage experience and a passion for inspiring young performers.

Helen’s career began with the JazzXchange Dance Company, where she was a resident artist at the prestigious Royal Opera House, Covent Garden. She went on to perform in major West End productions including Fame, High School Musical, and Grease, as well as international tours of We Will Rock You and Tanz der Vampire across Europe.

With over 25 years of experience teaching dance and theatre to children, Helen is deeply committed to nurturing creativity, confidence, and stage skills in young performers. Now also a proud mum to a 5-year-old and a nursery practitioner at a local preschool with an Enhanced DBS she brings warmth, patience, and real-world understanding to every class.
